With a background in agriculture, David is a past PHBA president and a breeder, trainer, and owner of Palomino horses. Involved for more than five years, he serves as the Foundation’s liaison to the PHBA Executive Board and sees the role as an opportunity to give back — preserving history and supporting education, surrounded by great people and great horses.
